Anyone have a kid
who is having a hard time with Math? Well aside from
getting him a math tutor we have another suggestion:
Increase your consumption of blueberries! Blueberries
have been shown to enhance your memory and your math
skills! So serve a bowl of blueberries as your kids
sit down to do their math homework today!
Whats more is that blueberries are rich in antioxidants
which help to prevent cancer and are high in fiber.
These fruits are great to keep you feeling full and
flushing out cholesterol and extra weight. 1 cups is
recommend serving size.
Blueberries are great alone, in cereal, in plain yogurt
or in your fruit salad.
Try this great dessert:
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup cool whip
1/2 cup low fat milk
1 packet of Splenda
- Put in blender and serve - Tastes like blueberry
ice cream
